Who doesn’t love Taco Tuesdays!
On the occasional nights when I don’t have a lot of time to cook, my go-to default dinners are tacos. I look around the fridge for some meat—usually left over chicken or lamb and use whatever sides i can find in my fridge. A quick, delicious and low calorie meal that can be served with so many variations. I use non gmo tacos and surprisingly did not have any difficulty finding that. Gmo foods are linked to many health and immune system problems, ranging from pcos, to infertility to autoimmune diseases.
