I’ve never been one for portion controlled eating plans so I made small adjustment to when I would eat my first meal and timed the subsequent meals to ensure I would be comfortable sticking to it.
2 weeks in and I’ve shed 6kg and many, many inches (especially off my waist and thighs). My skin is glowing, energy levels are up and had my first pain free menstrual cycle in years. 10/10 would recommend.
