KKNewYOUChallenge! This option ideal if you have a workout plan.

The KKNewYOU is a 6 week diet plan that targets stubborn fat and is aimed at weightloss. This plan is based on my successful bikini model diet and is gluten and dairy free. You will lose up to 15kg on this plan. This option inlcudes the challenge and diet only. No workouts.

  • 3 Menus for 6 weeks including snacks.
  • The first 4 weeks consists of a diet plan that is no frills, and low in calories.
  • After 4 weeks you will follow a one week diet which includes intermittent fasting and refeed days.
