The #KKNewYOUchallenge challenge is a 6 week fat loss challenge. This gluten and dairy free plan combines intermittent fasting and refeed days to maximize weight loss and eliminate bloating.
Who can do this challenge?
- Any male or female based ANYWHERE in the world. Whether you want to lose 5 kg or 15 kgs, tone up, improve your flexibility, energy levels and focus.
- If you are suffering from bloating and digestive issues, this is a good starting point, this plan contains no artificial supplements, sugars or processed foods.
- If you are looking for a gluten free and dairy free plan that is sustainable this is the one.
- Unlike other fitness challenges, you can do this one right in your own home!
- You do not have to worry about getting to the gym or storing bulky equipment.
- If you are currently following a training program you can continue with that or you may purchase OPTION 2 that includes the #khadijakapp.
- All challengers may join the whatsapp coaching group and the closed facebook group.
- As per all our challenges we do not share your pictures publicly without your consent. It is not compulsory to take photos. You may remain anonymous.
To register for the challenge you need to do the following:
- Shop online and make payment of your full challenge entry fee.
- Challenge starts Monday 18th January for 6 weeks.
- Entries close Sunday 17th January.
