The perfect afternoon cooler for a summer day! A fiery mix combining rose, rosehip and rooibos combined with the tartness of raspberry.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
- Ice
- 1 teaspoon Ktea Lady In Red
- Raspberries
Method:
Place 1 teaspoon Ktea Lady In Red in an infuser teapot & add boiling water. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Add honey and leave the tea in fridge to cool ( if you add ice use more tea leaves). Top with frozen raspberries.
