I’m Khadija, a fitness trainer who’s passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle. I truly believe that living a healthy life can have a positive impact on every aspect of your life.

Feeling and looking amazing is definitely achievable through a lifestyle that requires some simple maintenance. And let me tell you, this lifestyle doesn’t involve taking unnatural injections, starving yourself, or popping pills. There are no quick fixes, but there are sustainable ways to improve your health.

With years of experience and careful planning, I’ve created a few eating and exercise plans that will keep you active, motivated, and enjoying delicious and nutritious meals. My workouts focus on building strength and fitness without causing injury or fatigue. And I always strive to use natural, organic ingredients in my products that are free from harmful chemicals and toxins.

My goal is to help you live your healthiest life and feel your best. So let’s get started on this journey together!

Khadija Kadodia is an entrepreneur, fitness instructor and swimming instructor. and has helped thousands of women and men around the world since 2005 achieve their fitness goals and improve their mental, emotional and physical health. Originally from Durban, south Africa, She now resides in Gauteng. She runs a gym in South Africa as well as many successful online fitness programs. Khadija launched her fitness app in 2018, which is available on all the app stores. She was born into fitness and comes from a very strong athletic background. Both her parents were fit and sports orientated.

Khadija’s professionalism, dedication and exuberance  has crafted her success with many clients over the years, helping them to overcome many obstacles in their  path to  fitness.
She is the creator of the KK60DaysBeachbodyChallenge and the RamadanFit Program as well the KKWintershred.
