5 Minute Prep Recipes Hot Honey Salmon

I am always looking for ways to cook fish as I generally prefer sushi only. Salmon is probably one of the healthiest proteins you can eat and its loaded with good fats. This recipe is a firm favorite in my house and it is quick to prepare.

Ingredients:

    • 300g salmon fillet – cut into 150g pieces1 teaspoon paprika
    • ¼ teaspoon Himalayan rock salt
    • 1 teaspoon ground garlic
    • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
    • 1teaspoon olive oil

Honey Marinade:

      • 1 teaspoon paprika
      • ¼ teaspoon Himalayan rock salt
      • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar with the mother
      • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
      • 1teaspoon sriracha sauce or any hot sauce
      • 1 teaspoon honey

Method:

Marinate the salmon in the first few spices. Fry for 5 minutes in a non stick pan. Mix the ingredients for the marinade together and serve on top of the fish. I served mine with cous cous and avocado.
